I was recently assigned to compile a services portfolio for our department. I have begun with getting a detailed description of the responsibilities for each team. I have this data now but I have never seen a services portfolio so I don’t know how to lay out the data.

Do you have a sample portfolio I can look at to get an idea of how this data is presented? If not, can you point me to a source with an example?
